King of Prussia Wellness Week is here! The second annual event features seven days of deals, workouts and events. Produced by King of Prussia District, KOP Wellness Week stretches Feb. 6-12 and includes more than 45 local businesses.

“King of Prussia is synonymous with world-class shopping and incredible dining, but over the past few years, it’s also become a hub for health and wellness,” said Rachel Ammon, marketing and communications director for King of Prussia District. “From respected medical institutions like CHOP and Main Line Health, to spas and salons, and gyms and fitness studios, KOP is a one-stop-shop for living your best life. Wellness Week makes it easy to recommit to your health goals with deals, events and workouts throughout KOP. We are excited to bring on even more businesses for year two of this event.”

Flex your shopping muscles with Wellness Week deals on athletic apparel, beauty products, salon and aesthetic treatments, healthy eats and more from 28+ businesses.
Sweat Pass
Purchase a Sweat Pass for $20 to try out a selection of 62+ fitness classes throughout the week at participating KOP gyms and studios, and enjoy open access to KOP’s two biggest gyms. Plus, Sweat Pass holders will score a swag bag of goodies, including a KOP Wellness Week t-shirt, water bottle, product samples and special offers from participating businesses and sponsors.

Throughout the week, optimize your health and fitness with in-person and virtual special events from participating businesses and practitioners, ranging from cooking demonstrations to CPR classes and more. Advanced registration may be required.
